Education, Training, and Credentialing

Dr. Carroll earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his internship at the Delaware Valley Medical Center in Pennsylvania where his interest in orthopedic surgery was solidified. Following residency training at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, where he also served as Chief Resident, Dr. Carroll completed his fellowship training at the University of Chicago with focus on adult reconstruction and revision surgery. Dr. Carroll has been named a Delaware Today magazine “Top Doctor” multiple times, recognizing his professionalism and expertise in orthopaedics.
