Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare enrolls qualified students contingent upon successful completion of all the enrollment requirements. For high school applicants, it is recommended that they submit their applications early in the fall of their senior year. For applicants who have finished high school, or those with a GED, it is recommended that they submit their applications by January 1, prior to the prerequisite year. Applications may be submitted at any time during the year. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee and the signed Student Nurse Essential Functions Form.

Applicant Outcome
All applicants will receive written notification regarding the acceptance of their application.
Once an application is accepted and the applicant has completed 14 college credits, an eligible applicant must take the Preadmission ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) prior to the April 1st that precedes the planned August enrollment. The ATI TEAS information sheet will be provided.
On April 1st, eligible applicants are placed in the class according to all the following:
- UD students - GPA 2.0 with twelve (12) credits and at least one (1) science course
- Performance on the ATI TEAS - proficient level or higher required. Only one testing opportunity is provided for the student to test at the proficient level.
- Date application was received
- Receipt of the placement form
After April 15th eligible applicants are notified of:
- A seat in the class for the planned August enrolment and request for payment of $200 non-refundable registration fee to confirm seat by May {or}
- Number on the waiting list for the planned August enrollmet with $200 non-refundable registration fee due upon notification of seat in class
After the month of May, eligible applicants are placed in the class as space is available.
After June 1st, any applications received will be processed for the following academic year. Information needed for applications received prior to June 1st must be received by June 15th for the upcoming academic year.
Eligible applicants must complete all the enrollment requirements.
