Beebe’s Breastfeeding Basics Class

Join us for a free 2-hour breastfeeding class, taught by one of our board certified lactation consultants. Many topics will be discussed, including the benefits of breastfeeding and importance of skin-to-skin contact, breast anatomy, recognizing feeding cues, positioning and latch techniques, how to tell if baby is getting enough milk, selecting a breast pump, returning to work, and what to expect when you deliver your baby at Beebe – a Baby-Friendly hospital. This class is held the first Thursday of every month, and participants only need to attend one class. Please call to register.
