Cassidy Flanigan, PA-C, works at Beebe Dermatology as a physician assistant. Patients can expect comprehensive dermatology care, including skin checks, biopsies, and excisions, in cases when skin cancer is detected. Additionally, Cassidy offers treatment for wide range of dermatologic conditions including (but not limited to) acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, infections, and rashes. Cassidy sees patients who are middle-aged and elderly adults who require care after many years of sun exposure, and she will also care for patients of all ages including adolescents and teens.

Education, Training, and Credentialing
Cassidy is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned a master of science in physician assistant studies.  Additionally, she earned a bachelor of science in exercise physiology from the University of Delaware. Cassidy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed as a physician assistant in the state of Delaware. Additionally, she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Earlier Work Experiences
While pursuing her education, Cassidy worked as a rehabilitation technician at ATI Physical Therapy in Wilmington and as a research assistant at First State Orthopaedics in Newark, under the direction of Jeremie Axe, MD. Through these roles, she gained valuable patient care exposure and experience.

Personal Notes
Cassidy grew up spending her summers in Rehoboth Beach, and moved to Sussex County after graduation with a goal to live in and serve the community she has grown to love. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and puppy – a Bernese Mountain Dog. When the weather is warm, Cassidy enjoys spending time on her boat, and always remembers to bring and apply SPF!
