Michal Klek, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon affiliated with Beebe Healthcare. He specializes in hip and knee care. He offers total, partial, and revision joint replacement procedures. Education, Training, and Credentialing
Dr. Klek earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, followed by fellowship training at Geisinger Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he focused on adult reconstructive surgery. Dr. Klek is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and has contributed to the advancement of orthopaedic surgery through number research experiences, process improvement projects, and professional presentations.

Earlier Work Experiences
Dr. Klek joined Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates in 2023. He primarily sees patients Peninsula’s Sussex County offices, located in Lewes, Millsboro, and Seaford.

Personal Notes
Dr. Klek is a native of Long Island, New York but is loving his time here in Delaware.  He has greatly enjoyed exploring Sussex County and all the natural beauty and history that it holds. He enjoys the beach, hiking, biking, cooking and going to live concerts in his free time.
