Be WELL: Healthy Eating

Offered as part of our Be WELL Beyond Cancer Survivorship Series, join us to learn the basics of health eating during & after treatment.
Class Description:
Cancer survivors can build back strength after treatment by eating a diet filled with fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy foods. Healthy eating can also reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes as well as recurrence of cancer. This class will focus on the basics of healthy eating following treatment.
